BELOW ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT HAVE BEEN CAREFULLY WRITTEN AND PLACED TO PROTECT YOU ("THE CLIENT/CUSTOMER") AND MYSELF ("J. PARKER DESIGNS, LLC"). IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU VIEW THESE TERMS PRIOR TO PURCHASING OR CONTACTING ME FOR PROJECTS.
Shipping Policy - The Basics
J. Parker Designs, LLC provides both digital and physical products. This policy outlines how each type is delivered, along with timelines and responsibilities.
Digital Products

All digital products, including logos, graphics, flyers, and other design files, are delivered via email.

Files are sent in the agreed-upon formats, such as JPG, PNG, PDF, and vector formats (.AI or .PSD).

Delivery occurs within 24–48 hours of final payment, unless otherwise stated in your project agreement.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their email system can receive large file attachments. Alternative delivery methods can be arranged upon request.
Physical Products

Physical items, such as printed materials, merchandise, or specialty goods, are shipped via a reputable courierwith tracking.

Shipping costs, including taxes, customs fees, or import duties, are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise noted.

Estimated delivery timelines vary based on location and product type. All timelines are business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. J. Parker Designs, LLC is not responsible for lost or misdirected shipments due to incorrect information.
Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver all products promptly, delays may occur due to high order volumes, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, J. Parker Designs, LLC will communicate any expected delays and provide updates whenever possible.
Damaged or Lost Items

For physical products, clients must inspect shipments upon receipt. Any damage, loss, or missing items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

J. Parker Designs, LLC will work with the client to replace or correct damaged or missing items whenever possible.
By completing a purchase with J. Parker Designs, LLC, clients agree to this Shipping Policy and acknowledge responsibility for accurate delivery information, shipping costs, and timely communication regarding any issues.
