Refund Policy

BELOW ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT HAVE BEEN CAREFULLY WRITTEN AND PLACED TO PROTECT YOU ("THE CLIENT/CUSTOMER") AND MYSELF ("J. PARKER DESIGNS, LLC"). IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU VIEW THESE TERMS PRIOR TO PURCHASING OR CONTACTING ME FOR PROJECTS.

J. Parker Designs, LLC does not offer refunds for any services rendered unless explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to the start of a project. Once payment has been submitted, the sale is considered final. Requests for refunds based on buyer’s remorse, changes in direction, or the decision to work with another service provider do not constitute valid grounds for a refund.

Clients are strongly encouraged to allow adequate time for project completion. Design projects may require revisions, and timelines may vary due to order volume, project complexity, or previously scheduled commitments. J. Parker Designs, LLC operates as a one-woman studio, and while reasonable timelines are provided for all projects, additional time may be required during peak or high-demand periods before work can begin.

If a client chooses to cancel a project after payment has been made—regardless of whether work has commenced—any payments already received will remain non-refundable. This policy exists to offset time invested, work completed, and potential loss of business resulting from reserved project availability.

In the event that partial work has been delivered and the client elects to cancel the project, no portion of the payment will be refunded, whether partial or full. All artwork, layouts, drafts, and development created up to that point will remain the sole property of J. Parker Designs, LLC, and any remaining or unfinished work will not be released to the client.

Ownership of final design assets is transferred to the client only after the project has reached its final stage and full payment has been received. Until that time, all creative materials remain the intellectual property of J. Parker Designs, LLC.

The only circumstance under which a refund may be issued is if J. Parker Designs, LLC is unable to complete the project due to personal reasons or illness. In such cases, a refund will be issued at the discretion of J. Parker Designs, LLC based on the status of the project at the time of cancellation.
